Some high school years may be required. This work position does not need high school qualifications or diploma, but does need experience. Some manual skills and physical endurance may be asked. Strong team work abilities and productiveness are needed. Details attention and quick understanding are needed too.
Schedule may change depending on the work position: daily work, night or weekend one. It is frequent to work on weekends and day offs.
Nigh work can occurred. Part time work opportunity may be available. Intensive work on services hours.
$1500 BONUS after 3 months!

Waiters clean work places, wash dishes, and do other tasks to help other service staff members in charge of preparing food and beverage.
Waiters welcome customers at the entrance or at the table according to Boefish’s service standards and may have to do other tasks to help the service staff.
They introduce menus to customers, make suggestions and answer any questions regarding beverage and food. They use sales techniques. They take orders and serve the clients according to Boefish standard.
They also do service and desert preparation.
They can have the same tasks as host and counter staff.
To have an experience in restoration is needed.
A course is offered after waiters started to work.
Some manual skills and physical endurance may be asked. An understanding of complex situations, attention to details and being open minded to changes and novelties are needed.
Ability to connect easily with people, team work, sense of cooperation, adaptation capacity to different contexts, oral communication and listening skills are competence requirements.
Bilingualism may be required.
To present good appearance, to have self-confidence, stress endurance, dynamism, autonomy and flexibility are also required.
Schedule may change depending on the work position: daily work, night or weekend one. Night work may occur on an occasional basis. Part time work opportunity may be available. Planning may have split hours.
The coordinator is responsible for the planning and organization of the banquet/restaurant spaces to ensure their safe and efficient operation. In addition, he/she manages all banquet and group sales activities, including customer follow-up and the sales tools updates.
